Elizabeth Luster is the Founder and President of On Shore Foundation.
Amy Mueller, her daughter, is OSF’s Vice President. Everyone involved with OSF is
an unpaid volunteer.
We donate generated income from investments to non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations. In other words, almost 100% of OSF’s money goes towards helping rescue groups in need. All of our operating costs are covered out of pocket and we have no administrative fees.
